I am about to pot on my Brugmansia and wondered which type of compost to buy? Perhaps you would be kind enough to advise me. Thank you

When I pot up my Brugmansia I like to use a nice 'open' type soil that has lots of organic material in it. That could be well aged manure, Mushroom compost or compost you have made yourself in your garden.
Try to avoid anything that will bring the PH of the soil out of a neutral level however.
